Ned Milenkovich is a successful attorney living in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Milenkovich currently works with the law firm McDermott Will & Emery LLP in Chicago, representing clients out of its Health Law Department. In addition to being a licensed attorney, Ned is a registered pharmacist in Ohio and Illinois, and as such, he primarily handles drug and pharmacy legal matters at McDermott Will & Emery. Ned was also very recently appointed to the Illinois State Board of Pharmacy by the Illinois Governor and is one of seven Illinois pharmacists charged with the public duty to protect the citizens of Illinois with respect to pharmacy matters.

Mr. Milenkovich received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago cum laude, where he was a member of the prestigious Law Review and Executive Student Publications Editor. Prior to Law School, Ned earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the University of Illinois at Chicago with honors and his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Pharmacy from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.

During his legal career, Ned Milenkovich has had ample opportunity to blend his many years of drug and pharmacy knowledge with his legal acumen. Mr. Milenkovich has paid particular care to all segments of the drug supply chain. He has also been involved with the licensing of pharmacies in multiple states, including aiding in obtaining controlled substance licenses. Milenkovich has an extensive knowledge of the Drug Enforcement Agency's (DEA) requirements for licensure and compliance, and he has used his knowledge to help clients both obtain licenses and dispose of controlled substances via reverse distributors and government entities. Additionally, he has been involved with multiple FDA related issues on behalf of clients.

In his spare time, Ned Milenkovich enjoys coin collecting and competitive bicycling. Ned is also a big fan of Stephen King's novels. Mr. Milenkovich lives in Chicago with his wife and three children.
